Reed is seeking a Software Developer to join a rapidly evolving development team. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Exeter, offering £50,000 - £55,000 per year and benefits.

You will design, develop, and maintain in-house software, delivering clean, secure code and high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial software development with .NET (C#), MVC.NET and SQL.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular.
• Expertise in T-SQL and JSON; database structures and query optimization.
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions in Azure.
• Structured, analytical mindset with attention to testing and debugging.
• Proactive, collaborative in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house software solutions.
• Write clean, secure code powering operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure bug-free software.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to align solutions with business goals.
