Job summary

ARM (Advanced Resource Managers) is seeking an experienced Murex Back Office Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Murex MX.3 platform, focusing on settlements, confirmations, accounting and nostro reconciliation.

You will collaborate with operations, finance and technology teams to ensure accurate trade lifecycle processing, leveraging 5+ years of Murex MX.3 Back Office experience and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Murex MX.3 Back Office module.
• Strong understanding of confirmation, settlement, payment, accounting, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX formats).
• Experience with static data configuration in Murex (settlement instructions, netting rules, cutoffs, calendars).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Murex accounting configuration (accounting schemes, event mapping).
• Experience with asset classes: FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives.
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Murex Datamart or reporting tools is a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting settlements (e.g., CSDR, T+1) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Technology).
