William James Recruitment is seeking a Motor Crime Solicitor to join a leading specialist practice in West Yorkshire. The role offers predominantly remote working with a single office day per week and flexible daily hours.

You will advise private clients and major corporates on road traffic and motoring offences, from investigation through to conclusion, and participate in the out-of-hours rota.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Litigation Rights.
• Ideally 3+ years PQE, though candidates at all levels considered.
• Experience handling road traffic and motoring offence matters.
• Police Station Accreditation or Duty Solicitor status desirable.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Advise and represent clients from investigation through to conclusion.
• Handle motor crime matters for private clients and corporates.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota.
