Job summary

Citizens Advice North & West Kent is seeking a Money & Mental Health Caseworker to work remotely across the UK. The role focuses on delivering specialist debt and welfare benefits advice, supporting vulnerable clients facing mental health challenges, and coordinating with health and social care partners.

You’ll handle a varied caseload, advocate with creditors and agencies, and help clients access benefits and financial support while maintaining a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
