Havas Lynx is seeking a Mid Weight Designer for a remote UK role. You will contribute to high‑quality design across campaigns, interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the visual direction of healthcare campaigns.

The role emphasizes translating client insights into compelling creative, collaborating with UX/UI teams, and advancing output through strong craft, with opportunities to work across imagery, typography, motion, and localisation. Remote working options are provided.

Qualifications

• Translate client business needs into creative design, meeting brief requirements.
• Maintain high quality craft and attention to detail across outputs.
• Collaborate across disciplines and across multiple mediums (imagery, typography, motion, localisation).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions.
• Liaise with client services to determine objectives, budget, and styles.
• Suggest effective briefs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide briefs with client services after meetings to maximise outcomes.
• Estimate time requirements clearly and support Lead Designer in troubleshooting.
• Elevate work through understanding insights, audiences, and therapy areas.
