Remote Marketing Content & Social Media Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 USD/month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time with 12:00pm - 1:00pm lunch

Our client is a leading real estate private equity firm specializing in acquiring, managing, and developing high-value real estate assets. With a track record of delivering superior returns, they pride themselves on cultivating strong investor relationships and fostering a culture of integrity and excellence. They use proprietary technology to increase the speed, accuracy and transparency of commercial grade real estate investments with various stakeholders. They consider they are best in the world at creating insights from unstructured data. Currently their project pipeline includes industrial assets in self-storage and light industrial. They have also been working remote workers for close to 20 years.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the firm’s goals. Identify new trends and technologies to optimize digital campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for the company’s website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to generate investor-focused content, including reports, videos, and case studies.
  • SEO and Website Management: Optimize website performance through effective SEO strategies and user experience improvements. Monitor and analyze website traffic, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Develop website content including investment offerings and landing pages.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads, and retargeting efforts. Measure and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Engage with followers and foster an online community of investors and stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
  • Education: Formal degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for candidates with real estate or investment industry experience.
    • Proven track record of managing successful SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
    • Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.
    • Expertise in AI driving marketing tools.
    • Strong understanding of branding and storytelling.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
