You’ll be instrumental in marketing prospecting and generating new business leads. Your duties will include conducting professional phone interviews, engaging with leads via phone and email, and participating in weekly training sessions to refine your skills. This position offers complete flexibility and is performance‑based, recognizing and rewarding individuals who demonstrate innovation and resourcefulness. You’ll receive personalized training from seasoned professionals to ensure your success. As you establish client relationships you’ll have the chance to transition into coaching and mentoring roles for our global team.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Phone and Zoom)
  • Proactive and results‑driven with a solid work ethic
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Eager to receive ongoing training and support for professional development
  • Confident telephone manner with motivation and enthusiasm
Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly training calls via Zoom
  • Flexible hours: commit to a minimum of 2 to 3 hours per day from any location worldwide
  • Generate leads using various social media platforms
  • Conduct structured interviews with leads (scripts provided)
  • Work independently and remotely utilizing your laptop and phone

Please note: This position is not suitable for students. Candidates with at least three years of experience in a similar role are preferred.
