Your duties will include conducting professional phone interviews, engaging with leads via phone and email, and participating in weekly training sessions to refine your skills. • Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Phone and Zoom)
• Proactive and results‑driven with a solid work ethic
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Confident telephone manner with motivation and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly training calls via Zoom
• Flexible hours: commit to a minimum of 2 to 3 hours per day from any location worldwide
• Generate leads using various social media platforms
• Conduct structured interviews with leads (scripts provided)
• Work independently and remotely utilizing your laptop and phone
