Job summary

One World Global Services seeks experienced interpreters for Mandarin-English remote work. Roles are full-time or part-time with immediate onboarding and monthly payments. Per-minute or fixed rate compensation is offered, with the ability to start after onboarding.

Responsibilities include professional call handling, mastering healthcare vocabulary, ongoing internal training, and reporting to a team leader. Candidates should be bilingual and possess strong communication and memory skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency/bilingual/native level of English and Mandarin (target language).
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (Desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• High level of communication, listening, note-taking and memory retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreters code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare/medical).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
