Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Solutions Principal for its Managed Services Solutions team in the United Kingdom, remote. You will guide analysis, design, and development of managed services solutions to help customers modernize IT capabilities and achieve business objectives.

You will lead the end-to-end solutioning process on complex pursuits, working with Business Development Executives, delivery leads, SMEs, pricing, and legal to craft compelling proposals and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of managed services experience or equivalent operational management experience.
• Proficient at analyzing data and creating flexible models in Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire managed services solutioning process on complex pursuits in Dell's largest accounts to solve IT challenges.
• Create and own volume models aligning stakeholders and driving financial modeling.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads, SMEs and other partners to develop end-to-end proposals from design to Day 2 operations.
• Work with BD, pricing, and legal teams on pricing strategy and SOW content.
• Engage in customer meetings and pursuit team discussions.
