Job summary

Translink Corporate Finance, part of the Translink Group, is expanding its London presence. This senior, hands-on Director appointment will own live mandates, lead sell-side processes from pitch to completion, and manage primary relationships with business owners and advisers.

You will shape the London execution team, work within a boutique yet leveraging group resources, and be rewarded directly for commercial contribution with clear progression paths towards partner as the London office grows.

Qualifications

• Significant M&A or transaction experience at a boutique, investment bank or Big Four transaction services team.
• Proven ability to lead sell-side processes through to completion and manage client relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to guide complex, personal transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mandates end to end: valuation, positioning, information memorandum, buyer strategy and outreach, negotiation, due diligence, and SPA to completion.
• Originate and win work by building a pipeline through owner-managed networks, accountants, lawyers, banks and investors.
• Own client relationships as trusted adviser to founders and shareholders during major transactions.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis and data room management; review output before clients see it.
• Coach and mentor the team and contribute to how the London execution team operates.
• Collaborate across the Translink Group on cross-border outreach and regulatory standards.
