You will help design, test, and optimize agent behavior across data parsing, logic, and reporting tasks for real-world AI projects. Candidates with 2+ years in backend engineering or complex systems integration will thrive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering or system integration experience.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular services (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have experience with AI tooling and integration.
