Candidates should have 3+ years of ML research, with strong experience in PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow, and a record from a top university or FAANG-type company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ML research experience (PhD counts).
• Strong experience with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks.
• Degree from a top-100 university, FAANG or comparable AI company experience, or equivalent research track record.

Responsibilities

• Train image classifiers and generative image models from scratch; fine-tune language models on open-weight architectures.
• Optimize models for limited data, compute, and model-size budgets.
• Enhance model robustness against adversarial inputs and conversations.
• Compress models to meet size and latency constraints without losing accuracy.
