Job summary

White Hat Gaming, a leading iGaming platform provider, seeks a Legal Counsel to join its Legal and Compliance team. The role focuses on commercial contract negotiation and licensing within a regulated environment, with emphasis on US gambling jurisdictions.

UK or US qualified solicitor with 2-4 PQE; experience in online gambling preferred; remote and flexible working; discretionary annual bonus; hardware & software allowance and generous time off.

Qualifications

• UK or US qualified solicitor/attorney with 2-4 years PQE.
• Proven track record in high-value commercial negotiations.
• Experience in online gambling or regulated fields preferred.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and customer contracts (technology procurement, revenue share, licensing).
• Assist the licensing team with global regulatory applications and due diligence.
• Provide legal advice on commercial risks, corporate matters, and IP.
• Support compliance and AML teams on regulations and complex customer cases.
• Assist with commercial tenders and occasional disputes/litigation.
