Job summary

A leading technology firm in the UK is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach to lead Lean and cultural transformations in the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing industries. The position requires expertise in QAD Redzone software and involves extensive travel to customer locations. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience, be bilingual in English and French, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in direct, hands-on roles.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5-7 customers simultaneously.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software.
• Facilitate remote weekly customer progress meetings.

Skills

Fluent in both English and French

Operations Leadership experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Time management

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Tech friendly and comfortable with technical requirements

Education
