• Proven experience in a senior design role within a digital product-driven company.
• Strong diverse portfolio showcasing work across B2C and B2B on Web and Mobile platforms.
• Ability to tie design decisions to business growth.
• Comfort in setting strategy and crafting design.
• Experience valuing technical feasibility and partnering with developers.
• C1 or C2 spoken and written English fluency.
