Job Title: Remote Lead Generator & Appointment Setter (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, 1 hour lunch at 12:00pm - 1:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview: The Lead Generator & Appointment Setter plays a critical role in the business development process of our client\'s marketing agency. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients and setting appointments for the agency\'s closers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation & outreach: Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, email, social media, Go High Level, etc.) to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Initial Contact: Initiate conversations with prospects, introduce the agency\'s services, and assess their needs to determine fit.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule qualified leads for discovery calls with the agencies owners
  • Follow up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture leads and confirm appointments.
  • Database Management: Keep accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems or other tracking tools.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously, with attention to detail and effective time management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Must have marketing agency experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, building rapport, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and outreach tools (e.g., Go High Level, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Proficiency in English
