ElevenLabs is seeking an Audio Engineering Lead to guide a skilled team in creating and refining custom voices for clients. You will work with our AI audio tools and directly support media projects worldwide.

The role is remote with options to work from London, New York, San Francisco or Warsaw. You will translate ambiguous client needs into precise voice‑design solutions and ensure high‑quality outputs across languages, mentoring teammates along the way.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in audio engineering or related field.
• Experience working with clients or creative teams.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).
• Excellent ear for voice, timbre, clarity, and nuance.
• Ability to translate client needs into audio/voice design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Audio Engineers.
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customers.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio for cloning quality.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance on ElevenLabs tools.
• Join customer calls and support creative direction as a fractional audio engineer.
