Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Virginia State Licensure as a LCSW in Virginia. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, paid orientation, no-show protection, and bonus opportunities.

Full-time availability (30 hours/week; 25 client visits, 5 hours admin) with flexible scheduling, including 7am-10pm, seven days a week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life, 401K with 3% employer match, malpractice insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level counseling experience treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision under the DSM.
• Full-time availability: 30 hours/week, 25 client visits, 5 hours admin time including supervisory meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling for depression and anxiety.
• Conduct intakes and DSM-based diagnoses under supervision.
• Maintain a full clinical caseload with scheduling and administrative tasks.
