A leading translation services provider in Sheffield is urgently recruiting freelance Kurdish interpreters and translators. The role offers flexible hours and competitive rates, allowing you to work from home while providing interpreting services to various organizations including the NHS and local authorities. Candidates must be fluent in English and Kurdish, have the right to work in the UK, and hold relevant qualifications in interpreting or translation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and another language.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be aged 21 or over.
• Formal qualifications in interpreting are required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret for people using legal, health and local government services.
• Check the non-English speaker's understanding after each sentence.
• Handle confidential information.
• Liaise between service users and providers.
