A leading employment agency is seeking a Junior SAP Systems Officer to configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors. This remote role focuses on enhancing Learning & Development setups and requires hands-on experience with the SAP system. Candidates should be proficient in creating workflows and troubleshooting issues. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 pro rata and is contract-based until the end of March 2026.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Learning module.
• Ability to translate HR or L&D requirements into effective system configuration.
• Good understanding of HR or L&D processes and system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead on configuring the back end of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Build and set up pillars, triggers, workflows, and templates.
• Document configurations and workflows for future reference.
• Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to ensure effective system build.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and maintain data accuracy.
