Job summary

Tyk is seeking a Junior Agile Delivery Coordinator to help keep 2–3 Agile teams on track and delivery visible by coordinating Release Train activity and dependencies. You’ll turn delivery data into insight using AI tools to spot flow issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement, becoming the trusted go-to for Product, Engineering and Commercial.

Qualifications

Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics, or relevant Agile/Scrum/delivery certification.
Hands‑on experience in an Agile software delivery team (Scrum and Kanban) with Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of sprints, releases, Release Trains and what can throw them off track.
Comfortable working with delivery data, spotting patterns and confirming fixes.
Clear communicator across Product, Engineering, QA and Commercial with good judgement.

Responsibilities

Keep delivery moving across multiple Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers and dependencies.
Maintain Jira and Confluence reporting on progress, risks and release readiness.
Analyze delivery data to spot slowdowns, test fixes with the team, and verify results.
Be a second point of contact for Product, Engineering and Commercial on status and risks.
Help teams run Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retros.
Monitor CI/CD issues and flags early to keep delivery on track.
Use AI tools day-to-day to speed up reporting and identify patterns.
