Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a support/service desk role at 1st & 2nd line.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products, especially Admin environment, MS Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions like Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and respond to helpdesk calls, providing 1st & 2nd line support.
• Liaise with agencies for installation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage antivirus updates and maintain IT asset register.
