Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a support/service desk role at 1st & 2nd line.
• Highly skilled knowledge, experience in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and respond to helpdesk calls for all business IT systems.
• Assist in developing and delivering training plans and documentation.
• Manage and maintain IT asset register including hardware and software.

Skills

1st & 2nd line support experience

Microsoft Office products

Cloud solutions experience

Knowledge of ITSM tools

Experience with DICOM, HL7 and PACS/RIS
