Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1/2) to join the ASPIRE Global Service Centre. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, resolving IT issues and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a reliable IT environment.

You will work with Azure, AWS, Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments, performing triage, incident logging, and proactive monitoring to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar service desk tools.
• ITIL v4 knowledge or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or chat.
• Log and manage incidents in the ticketing system.
• Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for IT issues.
• Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
