Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an IT Manager in an SME environment, ideally standalone and remote.
• Strong contract management experience, managing IT MSPs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage outsourced IT MSP and ensure KPIs are met.
• Lead on IT and information security policies and processes.
