• At least five years management experience in a power station or similar plant.
• Familiar with operation and maintenance of large diesel engines and high voltage switchgear.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe & efficient operation of all assets at the power station.
• Manage the supply of electricity and water, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
• Mentor staff and manage operational and maintenance activities across the island.
