Qualifications

• Extensive post-qualification experience in senior in-house tax leadership or Big Four advisory.
• Experience working with private equity-backed businesses is highly desirable.
• Strong exposure to carve-outs, separations, M&A or restructuring transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and direction to the tax team.
• Manage all corporate, indirect and international tax compliance across the group.
• Lead the tax workstream for the carve-out process.
