Qualifications

• 5-7 years PQE with a background in corporate and/or finance.
• Experience supporting equity fundraising processes.
• Strong grounding in corporate governance and financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support debt and equity financings, working closely with external counsel.
• Act as Company Secretary, supporting board meetings.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
