Job summary

Cyderes in Reading, UK is seeking an IAM Consultant specializing in SailPoint to lead identity governance deployments for clients. You will work with Engagement Leads and Project Managers to design, scope, and implement IAM solutions with a focus on governance and risk management.

The role requires deep SailPoint expertise, strong consulting delivery experience, and the ability to run scoping workshops and drive client-focused outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Proven consulting and solution delivery expertise in IGA.
• Experience leading professional services engagements in Identity Governance across industries.
• Strong understanding of IGA processes: access reviews, RBAC, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver, compliance reporting.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt, or OIG.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Identity Governance services to clients, including presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation.
• Oversee the development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Run client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA solutions with defined scope, timelines, and costs.
• Manage the Identity Governance practice team and mentor consultants.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support cross-sell opportunities and growth.
• Provide SME in Identity Governance and stay current on trends and best practices.
• Lead workshops for requirements gathering, process design, and technical solutioning.
• Present proposals, roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives.
