• 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for all level roles from entry level to VP level.
• Proven track record in using AI recruitment resources.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.
• Ability to support 10-12 roles at a time, with flexibility in managing workload.
