Job Title: Remote HR & Onboarding Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,600 - 1,800 USD/month paid ACH via Ramp.com (equivalent to direct deposit)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We’re seeking an exceptionally organized, people-driven professional to anchor the foundation of our HR and onboarding systems. This role ensures every team member’s journey—from recruitment to ongoing development—is handled with clarity, consistency, and care. As the administrative backbone of the company's people operations, you’ll manage HR data, coordinate onboarding and performance reviews, and uphold compliance while fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality, and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records across HR databases, filing systems, and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Support recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with applicants.
  • Administer onboarding for all new hires, ensuring completion of documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Lead onboarding sessions covering the company's Service Manual, company standards, and core expectations.
  • Deliver a welcoming, high-touch onboarding experience that emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and team integration.
  • Manage the HR Inbox, responding promptly to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, internal meetings, and engagement initiatives.
  • Administer full-time employee performance management, including scheduling and tracking reviews, maintaining performance timelines, and documenting feedback.
  • Attend performance review meetings to take detailed notes and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Prepare HR reports, assist with payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce company culture and ensure every employee experience reflects the company’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
Required:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional administrative precision.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with HR software platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Naturally empathetic and people-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and follow‑through.
Preferred:
  • Experience in HR coordination, employee onboarding, or people operations.
  • Familiarity with hospitality or event-based work environments.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Comfortable leading group orientations and communicating expectations clearly.
