Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level.
• Experience managing F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, or Events.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Guiding apprentices and helping them develop skills in hospitality.
• Supporting apprentices with hands-on training at the Hospitality Academy.
• Building relationships with employers regarding apprentice progress.

Skills

Experience in Hospitality Management

Confidence with technology

Strong organisational skills

Education

Professional qualification in hospitality or related field

Level 2 qualification in English and maths
