Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level.
• Experience managing F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, or similar.
• Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
• Valid driving license and access to own vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices, helping them develop skills and confidence.
• Support apprentices with hands-on training and learning plans.
• Build relationships with employers about apprentices’ progress.
• Manage administrative tasks and planning effectively.
