Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) for remote, hourly engagement.

You will apply healthcare data governance expertise to annotate and improve AI training data, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity across clinical workflows. In this freelance role, you’ll work asynchronously, review AI outputs, flag gaps and risks, and provide structured feedback to help AI models understand real-world hospital data environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA.
• Detail-oriented and able to document feedback clearly.

Responsibilities

• Apply healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data standards and compliance frameworks.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with real-world hospital data governance practices.
• Identify gaps, errors, or compliance risks in AI-generated healthcare data content – including HIPAA-related scenarios and data quality issues.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems better understand hospital data environments.
• Draw on cross-functional experience spanning clinical, IT, and compliance domains to evaluate AI reasoning across healthcare scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously, on your own schedule.
