Job summary

Pulse is recruiting experienced Consultant Histopathologists for fully digital reporting across NHS trusts with home-based working and flexible sessions. You will report cases digitally from your own home reporting environment and contribute to high-quality NHS diagnostic services.

The role focuses on gynae, with a balanced caseload of dermatopathology and GI, requiring GMC registration, FRCPath, and specialist histopathology registration.

Qualifications

• FRCPath or equivalent Fellowship and GMC histopathology registration.
• Significant consultant-level experience in histopathology.
• Experience using digital pathology reporting systems or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Independently report digital histopathology cases to consultant standard.
• Deliver timely, accurate diagnostic reporting across NHS organisations.
• Liaise with laboratory teams and maintain NHS reporting standards.
