You will provide expert guidance on health and safety compliance, lead investigations, and develop training programs to ensure safety across all operations. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Diploma and have extensive experience in health and safety legislation and management systems, contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and GradIOSH status required.
• Expert knowledge of UK health and safety legislation needed.
• Proven experience in health and safety advisory or leadership roles.
• Practical experience of ISO 45001 systems and auditing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety compliance.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, and projects.
• Design and deliver training and workshops on health and safety.

Skills
