Job summary

A national service provider is seeking a Head of HR Operations to shape and deliver their Group People Strategy. This role involves significant engagement with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, coaching HR Business Partners, and leading change management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR leadership experience and a strong grasp of both strategic and operational HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with responsibilities comparable to the principal accountabilities outlined.
  • Skilled advisor, able to provide clear, practical HR guidance remotely and face‑to‑face.
  • Extensive senior management HR experience, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and persuade leaders.

  • Shape and deliver the Group People Strategy ensuring effective local implementation.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed HR priorities into operational decision‑making.
  • Lead and coach HR Business Partners to provide expert support.
