Job summary

Scale-Up Philippines is seeking a talented Graphic and Web Designer to design, build, and maintain client websites, while creating visually compelling assets. This fully remote role supports a UK-based tech company with a growing client base and a dynamic creative team.

You will collaborate with developers, tailor themes, and provide world-class customer support. A strong portfolio and 3–4 years of experience are essential for delivering innovative, user-friendly designs.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional web design and graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Drupal, or Duda (Duda experience is a strong plus).
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
• IT degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, client-tailored websites.
• Develop and customize outstanding website themes (WordPress, Drupal, Duda).
• Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, Zoom, and email.
• Create visually compelling graphic design assets including logos, website graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with external developers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Maintain effective communication from initial brief through proposal presentation and feedback.
• Understand target audiences and develop innovative ways to engage them through creative design.
• Stay updated on industry standards, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
