Nigel Frank International is seeking a Governance Consultant to support a mix of client engagements across governance, risk, operating models and organisational transformation. This fully remote UK role focuses on facilitating workshops and delivering practical governance frameworks and recommendations.

The position offers exposure to AI governance and Microsoft Copilot with training provided, and an initial project-based engagement with potential to transition to permanent work as pipelines

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, consulting, technology risk, GRC, transformation or related environments.

Responsabilités

• Support client engagements across governance, risk and technology transformation.
• Design and improve governance frameworks, processes and operating models.
• Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Produce clear, structured reports, presentations and governance documentation.
• Assess existing processes, controls and governance arrangements.
