Qualifications

• 8-12 years PQE including in-house experience at a video-game publisher/platform.
• Deep commercial/publishing negotiation experience under Delaware law (US).
• Builder mindset with experience in rolling out templates/processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial & publishing work including co-dev and milestone agreements.
• Lead platform/distribution agreements and legal policies.
• Build scalable playbooks with templates and approval matrices.
• Manage outside counsel for IP litigation and M&A.
• Mentor paralegal, set cadence and quality expectations.
