Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking a Remote Full Time Online Admin Assistant to support order processing for KG and Harrods Direct. You will operate IT systems, manage stock information, and liaise with departments and shop-floor teams remotely from Bridgend area.

This role requires a proactive communicator who takes ownership of tasks and can adapt to flexible shifts, including weekends, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately in online order processing.
• Punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines and duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
