The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration in Agile/Scrum, TDD, and documentation. It is mainly remote within the United Kingdom, with one day per month at a client office in Bloxham.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a software development environment, ideally web-based.
• No formal qualifications required if you can demonstrate relevant technical skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Implement TDD, automated tests, and code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum.
• Help investigate and resolve customer issues.
