• Proven experience delivering training for Financial Adviser qualifications.
• Experience in apprenticeship coaching or mentoring is desirable.
• Teaching or coaching qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and/or face-to-face training sessions.
• Support and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and one-to-one coaching sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments.
• Work collaboratively with employers and colleagues.
