Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training for Financial Adviser qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid background in financial services (financial advice, paraplanning, compliance, or training).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and/or face-to-face training sessions for Level 4 Financial Adviser qualifications.
• Support and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and one-to-one coaching sessions.

Skills

Experience delivering training for Financial Adviser qualifications

Interpersonal and communication skills

Background in financial services

Passion for developing others

Education

Qualified to Level 4 in Financial Advice (CII or LIBF)

Teaching or coaching qualifications (e.g. AET, CAVA, DTTLS)
