Job summary

PDR Solutions Ltd is seeking a Front-End Developer to own and enhance our clinician-facing dashboard, internal CMS, and web portal. The role is remote with occasional Coventry office visits as needed.

You will drive feature parity with our mobile apps, collaborate with design and back-end teams, and lead front-end delivery while championing a cohesive design system and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in an Agile/Scrum workspace with modern, vanilla-first JavaScript
• Vue experience and C# preferred
• A genuine eye for UI/UX and design heuristics
• A track record of “beautifying” software by elevating interfaces
• Git/version control workflow, PR review etiquette, CI/CD pipeline awareness; GitLab a bonus
• Working with REST APIs
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot)
• Able to work independently on front-end features from spec through delivery
• Excellent communication skills in a small, cross-functional team
• Experience with Webflow is a plus, not a coding tool

Responsibilities

• Owning improving the front-end of our dashboard, CMS, internal systems
• Driving forward development of our web portal to feature parity with mobile apps
• Collaborating with full-stack developers on larger projects and taking the front-end lead
• Picking up smaller, self-contained projects to allow core team to focus on larger builds
• Championing our design system across all products and ensuring brand consistency
