Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Bradford is seeking a Visual Merchandiser (Planner) to translate retailer strategies into store-level planograms and manage ranges across formats. You’ll collaborate with Product & Range Managers and commercial teams to load and maintain planograms using Card Manager and other planning tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Card Manager or similar planning tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, collaborative communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate ranging strategies into store-level planograms by mission, format and channel.
• Use Card Manager to execute planogram cascades.
• Load and maintain store plans, planograms and stock allocations.
• Support store refits, fixture changes and new launches with accurate docs.
• Maintain plan libraries, POS matrices and compliance image banks.
• Produce weekly and ad-hoc reports for VM, Customer Ops and Commercial teams.
• Ensure data integrity and version control across planning systems.
• Adhere to Critical Date Paths for launches and range changes.
