Qualifications

• Experience in handling Property Claims or a mix of Property and Motor claims.
• Strong understanding of fraud principles and claims.
• Ability to analyse data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fraud investigators to manage claims.
• Support intelligence reports and data analysis.
• Regularly liaise with fraud experts and police.
• Work within SLA’s / KPI’s to ensure timely responses.
