Job summary

Grand Arcade seeks participants for paid focus group studies with the option to work from home. Earn up to £700 per week as a part-time remote panelist. No prior customer service experience is required; you must register to see if you qualify for National & Local studies.

Participants may join online or in-person sessions, providing feedback on products and services. Compensation includes per-hour payments and multi-session study earnings, with flexible scheduling and no commute for remote work.

Qualifications

• Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
• Must have access to high speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Show up at least 10 mins before discussion start time.
• Participate by completing written and oral instructions.
• Complete written survey provided for each panel.
• MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided. Then be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date.
