Job summary

StudySmarter GmbH is seeking participants for paid focus groups and market research studies. Roles are remote from home with the option for online or in-person participation. No customer service experience is required, and you can work part-time or full-time with flexible hours.

Compensation ranges from £55–£120 per 1 hour session and £250–£700 for multi-session studies, with potential to earn up to £700 per week. Applicants must register to see if they qualify.

Qualifications

• Must have smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high speed internet connection.
• Desire to participate in one or several topics.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Show up at least 10 mins before discussion start time.
• Participate by completing written and oral instructions.
• Complete written surveys for each panel.
• Be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date and actually use products/services if provided.
