StudySmarter GmbH is seeking individuals to participate in paid focus group studies. Earn up to £700 per week by working part-time from home, with options for remote online participation or in-person sessions. No prior customer service experience is required.

You may join national or local panels and complete surveys for each study. Compensation includes per-hour sessions (£55–£120) and multi-session studies (£250–£700).

Qualifications

• Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high speed internet connection.
• Desire to participate in one or several topics.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attend focus group discussions (online or in-person).
